Single Pulser - Dual Versatility

Designed for simple serviceability and efficient on rig-site configuration, the Vertex Pulser works interchangeably with both the Vertex Toplink Valve and the Vertex Latching Lower Valve. Top-mounted or bottom-landed, ideal for stand-alone or rotary steerable tools / LWD implementations.

Pulser Technology

Advanced Features

  • Advanced Fail-Safe Mode: Built in sensorless mode mitigates tripping if hall sensor become an issue
  • Advanced Memory Logging: Stores environmental conditions, communications, and diagnostic information
  • Easy Configuration: Windows software and rugged USB interface for configuration and testing
  • Power Optimization: Advanced power saving features minimize battery consumption
  • Poppet Position Algorithm: Compensates for debris, wear and thermal/pressure effects
  • Twin-Start Threads: Modular design for quicker assembly and reduced maintenance

Compatibility & Applications

  • Tensor Integration: Externally controlled pulse line for seamless compatibility
  • BlueStar Integration: CAN Bus commands control pulsing with external flow switch
  • Vertex Tool String: Supports advanced functions when integrated with complete systems
  • Third-Party Tools: Easily adapted to work with other MWD and LWD tool systems
  • MWD Tool Retrievability: Latching Lower Valve enables wireline retrieval
  • Rotary Steerable & LWD: Ideal for stand-alone or dual telemetry implementations
